Azuro Health is an operating Business Unit of Azuro Software Holding. Legal structure, governance and engineering resources are shared at holding level, while the BU focuses execution on HealthTech infrastructure.
AES-256 end-to-end encryption, HDS-certified hosting, pseudonymisation, full audit trail and GDPR compliance built into the architecture. No health data is processed outside the European Union without explicit agreement.
